Hi, I’m Mari, the proud owner of Mari’s Mutts. My two greatest loves are animals and spending time outside. So starting this business really was a dream come true for me!

My goal with Mari’s Mutts is to offer the greatest level of care for every pet, ensuring they receive the attention and enrichment they deserve. As an obsessed dog mom myself, I know just how important it is to know your pets are in good hands and that they are being treated like family.

Whether your dog needs a solo stroll or a social adventure, I’m here to make their day better—and make your life a little easier.

When I’m not out walking pups, you’ll usually find me hiking new trails, volunteering with animals, at a local coffee shop, or spending time with my own pets.

I can’t wait to meet your pup and become their new favorite walking buddy!

  • The one who started it all!

    Nala is the first dog I got on my own! I rescued her through an organization that brought dogs from Puerto Rico to Virginia. I was still in college when I got her and truth be told, I had no idea what I was doing raising a puppy!

    She and I have been through so much together and she helped me grow so much as a person. She is my first born and I love her to the core!

    She is sassy and opinionated, she loves to cuddle on the couch and enjoy a lazy day, but she is still down for a hike or an adventure!

  • My adventure buddy!

    The second born, Archer is always down for exploring somewhere new, a good game of fetch, or sitting out on the deck to enjoy the sunrise! He is the silliest pup and you can’t help but smile at his antics and endless energy! A natural charmer and extrovert he loves being the center of attention everywhere he goes!

    Born at a shelter in Twentynine Palms CA, Archer stole our hearts at a farmer’s market adoption event even though we had no intentions of adding to our pack at the time. He absolutely changed our lives for the better and we can’t imagine life without his ever present smile!
